Our Fractional GM/HR Service caters to SME businesses that anticipate a full-time need but are not yet prepared for the associated full-time costs (typically exceeding $200,000 per annum for a full-time equivalent).
With our fractional service, you'll receive a part-time GM/HR expert each month (typically 55 hours) for 6months, focused on achieving four key objectives:
Fulfil a Business Audit and establish a Resource Library in Business and People Management
Provide training, education, coaching, and empowerment to all direct supervisors and managers on the information within the Resource Library to establish and strengthen their confidence, knowledge and decisions
Fulfillment of agreed strategic and operational services,
If applicable, phase out the Fractional GM/HR service, and/or
Assist the business in recruiting and inducting a highly skilled GM / People expert to seamlessly transition into the organisation and position.
