Terms and Conditions
The Referral must be received by the Refer a Business Friend Form.
Agility Business Services applicable include the engagement of our Consulting Services, Business Reserve Bench Services, and Fractional Services and under our minimum term and our Standard Terms and Conditions. All other Agility Business Services or Products are not included in applicability.
They, Referred Business, must not be an existing or previous client of Agility Business.
“You”, the Referrer, will receive a gift valued up to $150, and, “They/Your”, Referred Business will receive a $150 credit towards an Agility Business Services on the engagement and commence of Services. The credit will be accounted for on the first invoice from Agility Business. Credits and Gifts can not be transferred to cash or transferred to another person or business.
Our Referral Program is subject to change at our discretion.
